Sales Account Manager

The Sales Account Manager plays a crucial role in achieving quarterly and annual revenue goals by securing new client engagements and effectively cultivating a robust sales pipeline through persistent prospecting efforts. This position involves gathering essential client insights prior to initial meetings and crafting tailored solutions to address client requirements, thereby enhancing closing ratios. The Sales Account Manager will also negotiate pricing structures, product offerings, and coordinate essential program demonstrations.
*Base Salary - $58,000
*Comprehensive Benefits Package
*Unlimited Monthly Commission with projected earnings of $100,000-$120,000 annually
*Monthly Vehicle Allowance - $500
Key Responsibilities
• Achieve or surpass quarterly and annual sales revenue objectives by formulating a growth strategy tailored to the territory.
• Meet or exceed prospecting activity benchmarks as set by Sales Management.
• Secure client appointments through targeted telemarketing, drop-offs, cold calling, and various sales techniques.
• Regularly update the sales software database as directed by Sales Management.
• Prepare for client meetings by conducting thorough research, customizing sales materials, and utilizing available resources.
• Engage with potential clients to secure their business.
• Conduct follow-up meetings with clients to finalize the sales process.
• Ensure client timelines and deliverables are met through close collaboration with client partners.

Qualifications
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in business-to-business, outside sales focused on new account acquisition, ideally in a service-oriented environment.
• Proven track record in developing new business and generating sales leads within a designated sales territory.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, utilizing a consultative sales approach.
• Ability to influence decision-makers at all organizational levels, from executives to administrative staff.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
