Job Overview

The Sales Account Manager will also negotiate pricing, product offerings, and equipment alternatives, while coordinating essential program demonstrations.

*Base Salary - $58,000

*Comprehensive Benefits Package

*Unlimited Monthly Commission with expected earnings ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually

*Monthly Vehicle Allowance - $500

Key Responsibilities


• Achieve or surpass quarterly and annual sales revenue goals by creating a growth strategy tailored to the territory.

• Meet or exceed prospecting activity benchmarks as established by Sales Management.

• Arrange meetings with potential clients through targeted telemarketing, drop-offs, cold calling, and other sales tactics.

• Regularly update the sales software database as directed by Sales Management.

• Prepare for client meetings by conducting thorough research, customizing sales materials, and utilizing available resources.

• Engage with prospective clients to secure their business.

• Implement appropriate follow-up meetings to finalize the sales process.

• Ensure client timelines and deliverables for installation are met through close collaboration with client partners.

Qualifications


• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in business-to-business, outside sales with a focus on new account acquisition, ideally in a service-oriented environment.

• Proven track record in generating new business and sales leads within a designated sales territory.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills with a consultative sales approach.

• Ability to influence decision-makers at all organizational levels, from executives to entry-level professionals.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
