We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual to take on the role of Regional Sales Manager. The perfect candidate will be a self-driven individual who excels in independent work and possesses a robust sales background. While familiarity with conveyors, material handling sectors, or power transmission solutions is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally represent ASGCO, showcasing comprehensive product and industry expertise while delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Enhance sales and market presence of all ASGCO offerings within your assigned region.
  • Engage with targeted end-users to ensure optimal customer satisfaction, service excellence, and sales performance.
  • Collaborate with local clients to identify, quote, engineer, and finalize product solutions and service agreements.
  • Conduct thorough conveyor inspections, surveys, and audits, providing maintenance training at client facilities.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Assist clients with product installations to ensure maximum satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with vendor resources to foster supportive sales relationships.
  • Maintain a stellar safety record.
  • Regularly update our CRM system and promptly submit weekly schedules, call reports, and expense documentation.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial outside sales or account management.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and focused.
  • Experience in the industry or conveyor manufacturing is a plus.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including spreadsheet software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Preferred residence within a 50-mile radius of the New England area.
