Role Overview
The primary objective of this position is to oversee and operate a Hilti Store, aiming to optimize walk-in sales and manage smaller field accounts while delivering exceptional customer service. The ultimate goal is to achieve Total Customer Satisfaction and promote the Hilti Brand effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Hilti Store operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and accurate sales records.
- Engage with customers and prospects, providing consultations and promoting Hilti products and services.
- Handle administrative tasks, including maintaining the customer database and processing orders.
- Foster strong customer relationships through daily interactions with walk-in clients and local team members.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and actively promote the Hilti brand through successful sales strategies.
What We Offer
As a Sales Account Manager Intern, you will receive a competitive base salary of $46,500, with the potential for a bonus of up to 11.5% based on sales performance. Additional benefits include:

Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- A High School Diploma or GED; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Prior experience in customer service and/or sales is advantageous.
- The ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead change effectively.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- A commitment to developing sustainable customer relationships.
- Willingness to relocate within 18-24 months after completing the training program.
