Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison for corporate clients, introducing them to our diverse range of services and products.
  • Employ persuasive communication and resilience to accurately assess client requirements and deliver tailored proposals.
  • Evaluate potential opportunities and provide strategic recommendations based on precise forecasting.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new client accounts and ensure smooth transitions to Account Managers.
  • Conduct live product demonstrations and educate clients about our offerings.
  • Work collaboratively with internal design teams to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Maintain comprehensive records within the CRM system to enhance team collaboration.
  • Oversee a portfolio of client accounts while consistently surpassing revenue objectives.

  • Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles, ideally within a sales environment.
  • Driven and ambitious with a focus on achieving goals.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new technology platforms.

  • Interest or background in design and print is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in sales, particularly in prospecting or client onboarding.
  • Basic understanding of design and print processes.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, or Adobe Workfront is a plus.
  • Bi-lingual abilities are beneficial.
  • A Bachelor's degree or substantial experience in the sales domain is preferred.
