Lead Salesforce Solutions Analyst

Position Overview:
- The Lead Salesforce Solutions Analyst serves as a critical link between business stakeholders and IT departments, facilitating the solution delivery process for the Digital Distribution application suite under the guidance of the Director of Business Engagement.
- Become part of a dynamic team of skilled professionals dedicated to product management, business analysis, process optimization, functional design, testing, and system integrations.
- Assume the role of a proactive product owner, collaborating with developers, support consultants, IT infrastructure teams, vendors, and various business units to enhance the Digital Distribution operations.
- Manage the portfolio of applications and system integrations effectively, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Work in conjunction with technical teams as a project manager, contributing insights on technical solutions and overseeing comprehensive solution delivery.
- Engage with key business partners to independently lead discussions and workshops focused on business requirements and design.
- Act as a change agent and knowledge steward, facilitating the successful adoption of new IT solutions within the business.
- Investigate emerging technology tools and propose architectural solutions to support the expanding Digital Distribution landscape.
Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of substantial hands-on experience in relevant fields.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in client-facing roles and business systems analysis.
- At least 5 years of experience in application development and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in leading the analysis, extraction, and documentation of business requirements, as well as testing for projects, system enhancements, and defect resolution.
- Comprehensive understanding of IT project management, SDLC methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile Scrum, and best practices utilizing tools such as JIRA.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with all organizational levels, both business and IT.
- Capability to adapt to shifting priorities and requirements, demonstrating effective multitasking and management of competing deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Salesforce Admin Certification.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning components.
- Experience in the Media/Entertainment sector.
- Proficiency with Jira and Smartsheet.
- Skills in user experience design and wireframe/mockup creation.
- Knowledge of business intelligence and analytical tools.
- Experience with data architecture, data warehousing, and middleware/ETL technologies.
- Experience working within project teams across multiple geographic or international locations.
