- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay updated on the latest trends, developments, and innovations in the Salesforce ecosystem and security domain.
- Lead and Grow Teams: Lead and grow teams of Salesforce Administrators, Developers, Platform, and Integrations experts.
- Present and Communicate Solutions: Present and communicate proposals and enterprise-wide solutions to a wide audience.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent major.
- Experience: 5+ years technical 'in-depth' experience implementing Salesforce solutions with a focus on security architecture.
- Security Tools Experience: Experience with implementing security tools (Shield, Security Center).
- Hands-on Experience: Hands-on experience building secure applications tapping full suite of Salesforce ecosystem: Apex code, Lightning Web Components, declarative configuration, and API development.
- UI Development Experience: Familiarity with user interface development principles and experience with JavaScript, SQL, HTML, and CSS.
- Certifications: Salesforce System & Application Architecture Certifications.
