Salesforce Application Product Manager

Position Type: Full Time / On-site

CIM Group is in search of a proficient Salesforce architect to spearhead the creation and implementation of business-driven solutions on our existing Salesforce platform. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in recommending the best solutions based on defined requirements, collaborating with IT leadership and business relationship managers to fulfill Salesforce needs, and overseeing the comprehensive management of Salesforce.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and oversee Salesforce applications from conception through to maintenance.
  • Evaluate business requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Support legacy applications while developing strategic product roadmaps.
  • Remain informed on IT advancements to modernize the Salesforce organization.
  • Facilitate effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
  • Create detailed reports based on stakeholder discussions.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Guide and mentor junior team members.
  • Establish processes aimed at reducing support requests.
  • Manage external vendors and contractors involved in Salesforce support.

SUPERVISORY DUTIES:

  • Engage and manage external partners/vendors for operational assistance.
  • Lead programming initiatives of both internal and external personnel.
  • Oversee the technical team responsible for business line solutions.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience with Salesforce as an Administrator or Developer.
  • 5+ years of experience with APEX, Flow, Process Builder, etc.
  • Salesforce certification as an Architect/Administrator is preferred.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Proactive personality with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in addressing integration and design challenges within Salesforce CRM.
  • Capability to lead complex IT projects while understanding business requirements.
  • Familiarity with project management processes and systems.
