CIM Group is in search of a proficient Salesforce architect to spearhead the design and implementation of business-driven solutions on our established Salesforce platform. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in recommending effective solutions tailored to business requirements, collaborating closely with IT leadership and business relationship managers to fulfill Salesforce objectives, and overseeing the comprehensive management of Salesforce.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
- Design and oversee Salesforce applications from initial concept through to ongoing maintenance.
- Evaluate business needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Support existing applications while developing strategic product roadmaps.
- Remain informed about technological advancements to modernize the Salesforce organization.
- Effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Produce detailed reports based on discussions with stakeholders.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Guide and mentor junior team members.
- Establish processes aimed at minimizing support requests.
- Oversee external vendors and contractors involved in Salesforce support.
SUPERVISORY DUTIES:
- Engage and manage external partners/vendors for operational assistance.
- Lead programming initiatives involving both internal and external personnel.
- Supervise the technical team responsible for business line solutions.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience with Salesforce as an Administrator or Developer.
- 5+ years of experience with APEX, Flow, Process Builder, etc.
- Salesforce certification as an Architect/Administrator is preferred.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience in addressing integration and design challenges within Salesforce CRM.
- Capability to lead intricate IT projects while comprehending business needs.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and systems.
