- This role requires the Senior IT Analyst to showcase their expertise in process management, specifically with at least 2.5 years of hands-on experience in Nintex forms for Office 0365.
- The successful candidate will exhibit proficiency in process management and workflow design using Nintex for Office 0365 (New Responsive form design) and have familiarity with Automation Cloud.
- This position will require the individual to demonstrate their capabilities as a designer, analyst, and programmer.
- A comprehensive understanding of SharePoint (2016 and Office 365 Architectures) is essential, along with advanced skills in complex workflow development using Nintex SharePoint Online.
- The Senior IT Analyst will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting Enterprise EForms, automating workflows across various business functions, and troubleshooting existing forms. Experience with Nintex Automation Cloud and Lightning Conductor Software is a valuable asset.
Essential Knowledge:
- Understanding of operations, services, and activities related to information systems support and analysis.
- Principles of leadership and training methodologies.
- Current practices in systems and database analysis.
- Operational characteristics of diverse computer systems, applications, and peripheral devices.
- Network administration and security control principles.
- Techniques for developing, testing, and implementing user-centered systems.
- Hardware and software configuration and installation principles.
- Internal and external information systems practices relevant to the field.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to lead, organize, and review the work of junior staff; install, configure, and maintain multi-user network-based software applications; analyze business needs and design suitable system solutions; upgrade and maintain system databases; provide user support and training for software applications; respond effectively to user inquiries; communicate clearly in both written and verbal forms; and foster collaborative relationships across all organizational levels.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited institution, with six years of relevant experience; or three years as a MWD Analyst III in a related capacity.
- Experience with Nintex 0365 (New Responsive form design).
- Proficiency in SharePoint (2016 and Office 365 Architectures).
- A minimum of 1 year of experience with Nintex Automation Cloud.
- A minimum of 2.5 years of experience with Nintex 0365 (New Responsive form design).
- A minimum of 3 years of experience with SharePoint.
- Possession of a valid California Class C Driver License is required.
The compensation range for this position is $59 to $73 per hour, with the actual base pay determined by internal equity and may vary based on the candidate's geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
