CIM Group is in search of a proficient Salesforce architect to spearhead the creation and implementation of business-driven solutions on CIM's established Salesforce platform. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in proposing the best solutions based on business needs, collaborating with IT leadership and business relationship managers to fulfill Salesforce requirements, and overseeing the comprehensive management of Salesforce.
POSITION OBJECTIVE:
- Design and oversee Salesforce applications from initial concept through to ongoing maintenance.
- Evaluate business needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Support existing applications and formulate product development roadmaps.
- Keep abreast of technological advancements to modernize the Salesforce organization.
- Facilitate effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
- Produce insightful reports following stakeholder discussions.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Guide and mentor junior team members.
- Establish processes aimed at minimizing support requests.
- Manage external vendors and contractors involved in Salesforce support.
SUPERVISORY DUTIES:
- Engage and oversee external partners/vendors for operational assistance.
- Lead programming initiatives involving both internal and external personnel.
- Supervise the technical team that supports business line solutions.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience with Salesforce as an Administrator or Developer.
- 5+ years of experience with APEX, Flow, Process Builder, etc.
- Salesforce certification as an Architect/Administrator is preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience in addressing integration and design challenges within Salesforce CRM.
- Capability to lead intricate IT projects while understanding business requirements.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and systems.
