Position Summary: The Radisson Hotel Sunnyvale - Silicon Valley is in search of a motivated and detail-oriented full-time Night Audit Representative to join our vibrant work environment. This role demands an individual who can deliver outstanding guest service in a dynamic hotel setting, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional guest service and embody service brand behaviors in all tasks.
  • Accurately and promptly record and report all property receipts.
  • Adhere to cash handling protocols as established by the accounting department.
  • Process payments during check-out and provide change as necessary.
  • Conduct all end-of-day front desk and night audit functions, including reviewing cashier audits for accuracy and balancing credit card transactions.
  • Prepare all computer systems for the next day’s operations.
  • Ensure daily backup of files and tapes is performed accurately and timely.
  • Compile, balance, post, and distribute all required reports daily.
  • Maintain professional interactions with all departments, providing necessary information as needed.
  • Foster 100% guest satisfaction by delivering the Radisson experience through exemplary service.
  • Exhibit personal accountability and teamwork in guest service delivery.
  • Listen attentively, empathize, and resolve guest issues effectively.
  • Consistently provide genuine hospitality and teamwork.
  • Proactively identify guest dissatisfaction and take appropriate action to ensure satisfaction.
  • Perform additional duties as required to uphold service brand behaviors and genuine hospitality.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of experience in hotel front desk operations or a customer service role.
  • Familiarity with the Opera system is preferred.
  • Strong mathematical skills and proficiency in making accurate calculations.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to exceptional guest service.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all situations.
  • Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including holidays and weekends.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, stoop, or bend for the duration of the shift.
  • Capability to lift items weighing up to 20 pounds.
  • Must be able to squat, bend, kneel, and twist regularly.

  • Sign-on bonus of $500, distributed as $250 after 90 days and the remainder after six months.
