Administrative Manager

Cypress HCM is seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to create a welcoming and safe environment for all team members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the HR, Facilities, and IT teams to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and maintain a productive work environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and employees, ensuring a positive experience for all.
  • Coordinate employee lunches, breakfasts, and other events to foster a sense of community and teamwork.
  • Manage office inventory, ensuring a well-stocked and organized workspace that supports the team's needs.
  • Receive and coordinate mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative or management role, preferably in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
Compensation:

$35-$40/hour, depending on experience and qualifications, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
