Your primary responsibilities will include addressing guest inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and swiftly resolving any issues or concerns that may arise.

As the public representative of our esteemed establishment, we anticipate a high level of professionalism and a polished appearance.

Please note that we are exclusively considering candidates who are currently eligible to work in the United States.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and check-in guests with outstanding customer service.
  • Professionally handle and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism in all guest interactions.
  • Accurately document charges on guest accounts during your shift.
  • Monitor department balances and manage shift deposits with precision.
  • Efficiently book rooms to optimize hotel revenue.
  • Offer guests recommendations for local dining, shopping, and attractions.
  • Stay updated on upcoming groups, VIPs, and special events.
  • Track housekeeping progress and update room statuses accurately.
  • Manage early departures and reservation modifications in the hotel's Property Management System.
  • Adhere to proper procedures for mail and receiving.
  • Regularly clean and sanitize the work area.
  • Consistently update the daily logbook.
  • Complete all necessary checklists during your shift.
  • Arrange transportation for guests to and from the airport upon request.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Must possess a friendly and welcoming demeanor when engaging with guests.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Demonstrated team-oriented mindset and a positive attitude are essential.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a strong customer service focus are necessary.
  • Previous experience in a hospitality setting is preferred.
  • Ability to quickly troubleshoot and adapt to a fast-paced environment is required.
  • Basic math skills, including counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, are necessary.
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is essential.
