• Assist with office management tasks, including guest access and meeting coordination

• Collaborate closely with the leadership team to provide comprehensive support and engage with other executive assistants on joint C-suite initiatives

• Draft and edit documents as needed

• Register executives for conferences and liaise with the PR team on external inquiries

Qualifications:

• Experience in project management

• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Zoom, Microsoft Office, and Slack

• Background in event planning

• Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Proven ability to enhance processes

• High levels of integrity and discretion

• Impeccable attention to detail

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who can work effectively with minimal supervision, coordinating with staff across various locations and time zones. The ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments simultaneously is essential.

Compensation:
Our compensation structure reflects the labor market across various US regions. The salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $140,000, influenced by factors such as market location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

If you are located within a reasonable distance from our offices, we encourage you to engage with us in person regularly, as we value the connections, collaboration, and creativity fostered within our workplace culture.

Our commitment to a hybrid work model reflects our dedication to allowing employees to customize their work-life balance according to their preferences.
