Position Summary:
The Radisson Hotel Sunnyvale - Silicon Valley is on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented Front Office Representative. This role is integral to our dynamic environment, where delivering exceptional guest experiences is paramount.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Welcome and assist incoming guests, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
2. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide accurate information to guests.
3. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to guarantee complete satisfaction.
4. Document guest feedback and complaints, utilizing the "Make it Right" log for effective resolution tracking.
5. Collaborate with various departments to fulfill guest requests and enhance their stay.
6. Stay informed about hotel updates and communicate relevant information to team members.
7. Prepare shift summaries and relay important messages to management and other shifts.
8. Promote hotel services and amenities through upselling techniques.
9. Process guest transactions in accordance with hotel policies and maintain confidentiality of guest information.
10. Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and teamwork, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a hotel setting.
- Strong communication skills and a positive demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software.
- Physical capability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for extended periods.
