Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at Maple Tree Inn, Hogan Hospitality. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, providing exceptional customer service to our guests, and supporting the overall operations of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Audit and reconcile all financial records, including cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, room charges, and final bill preparation.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to all hotel guests, responding to inquiries, processing reservations and check-ins, and resolving guest complaints.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Produce and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to hotel management and department heads.
  • Administrative Support: Perform additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Some college is preferred, but a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience: Previous hotel front desk, hospitality, guest services, or night audit experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Skills: Great communication and customer service skills are required, as well as proficiency with computers and experience with reservation and accounting software.
  • Availability: Overnight shift; requires flexible hours.
