Job Overview

As a Breakfast Attendant, your primary responsibility is to ensure the seamless execution of the hotel's breakfast operations while maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction and product quality. This role allows you to shine as a key representative of the hotel, delivering exceptional service and upholding our commitment to excellence.

Availability: This position requires flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and set up the breakfast service area prior to mealtime and dismantle it afterward.
  • Maintain a well-stocked breakfast service area at all times.
  • Clear cutlery and crockery from tables after guests have finished.
  • Receive beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen as necessary.
  • Provide assistance and information to guests and vendors.
  • Clean and sanitize tables, countertops, and floors following each meal service.
  • Ensure a delightful experience for guests from start to finish while adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.
Qualifications:
  • A motivated team player with a strong initiative and a desire for success.
  • Effective problem-solving skills, including the ability to anticipate and address issues as they arise.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Approachable and readily available to assist guests while delivering outstanding service.

Physical Requirements: The demands of this role require the employee to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. The number of hours scheduled each week may vary based on guest occupancy, seasonality, staffing, and other factors.
