Senior Executive Compensation Strategist

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Executive Compensation Manager to be a vital part of our Global Talent Organization. In this role, you will be instrumental in refining our executive compensation framework, including strategies, programs, policies, and procedures.
This position is essential in ensuring that our executive compensation packages are competitive, fair, and aligned with our strategic objectives and shareholder interests.
As the Executive Compensation Manager, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership to devise compensation strategies that attract, motivate, and retain top-tier executive talent.
Success in this role requires a collaborative mindset to identify and address global executive compensation challenges while promoting Procore CPA's compensation philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive materials and presentations for the Compensation Committee and Board meetings.
- Effectively communicate our executive compensation philosophy and programs to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough competitive benchmarking and market analysis to ensure alignment with industry standards.
- Ensure that executive compensation aligns with company performance and strategic goals.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and external consultants to create compliant compensation plans.
- Prepare the executive compensation sections of the annual proxy statement.
- Monitor trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in executive compensation.
- Prepare detailed compensation analyses and present findings to senior leadership.
- Work with Talent Business Partners, recruiters, managers, and business leaders on compensation matters.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in executive compensation or a related field.
- Strong understanding of executive compensation best practices, current trends, and market benchmark data.
- Experience in a public company, particularly within the technology sector, is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of equity-based compensation vehicles considering cultural fit, local practices, and regulations.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a deep understanding of executive compensation practices.
- Effective communication skills across diverse teams, translating quantitative insights for non-quantitative audiences.
- Ability to influence and communicate confidently with senior leaders.
- Commitment to excellent customer service, empathy, and discretion.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Pay Range: $124,560 - $171,270, eligible for bonus incentive compensation.
