Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the sales team’s growth objectives.
- Innovate and refine marketing approaches to meet both immediate and long-term business goals.
- Ensure effective delivery of the marketing strategy, which includes creating sales materials, planning events, and enhancing sales engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with field marketers and corporate marketing teams to establish detailed campaign project plans, outlining objectives, messaging, calls to action, distribution methods, and timelines.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, adjust strategies based on insights, and communicate results to relevant stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary liaison between sales and marketing, ensuring the sales team has access to the latest marketing resources and support.
- Maintain clear communication with cross-functional teams regarding objectives, timelines, and requirements.
- Develop a deep understanding of Intergage’s offerings and their competitive positioning in the US market.
- Foster a supportive team environment that values inclusion and encourages team members to excel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in a marketing role or a similar capacity.
- Valid Passport.
Preferred Skills
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within a B2B or SaaS environment.
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership role managing a team.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools such as Pardot.
- Strong capability to lead and enhance team performance while addressing business needs.
- Experience in supporting sales teams and driving initiatives for sales enablement.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to define and execute plans effectively.
- Comprehensive understanding of lead generation and CRM systems.
- Proven success in achieving growth targets.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural, and fast-paced organization.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on measuring and deriving actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
Compensation
Salary range: USD 70,033 - 105,050 per year, based on qualifications and market factors.
