Position Overview
The Marketing Operations Director at Intergage is crucial in crafting and implementing marketing strategies that enhance lead generation and demand creation within the US market.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the sales organization’s growth objectives.

- Collaborate with field marketers and corporate marketing teams to establish detailed campaign project plans, outlining objectives, messaging, calls to action, distribution methods, and timelines.
- Evaluate campaign performance, adjust strategies based on insights, and effectively communicate results to stakeholders.
- Serve as the liaison between sales and marketing, ensuring the sales team has access to the latest marketing resources and support from sales leadership and Customer Success.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to align on goals, objectives, timelines, and messaging.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 4 years in a marketing role or similar experience.
- Valid Passport.

Preferred Skills
- At least 5 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role managing a team.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools such as Pardot.
- Strong ability to lead a team while meeting business objectives.
- Experience in supporting sales teams and driving sales enablement initiatives.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to define and execute plans effectively.
- Solid understanding of lead generation and CRM systems.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding growth targets.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multicultural environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on measuring and optimizing performance.
- Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.

Compensation
Salary range: USD 70,033 - 105,050 per year, based on individual qualifications and market factors.
