The Executive Compensation Manager will be responsible for the design, execution, and oversight of our executive compensation initiatives, ensuring they are competitive, fair, and aligned with our strategic objectives and stakeholder interests.

This position requires close collaboration with senior leadership to formulate compensation strategies that effectively attract, motivate, and retain top-tier executive talent.

Success in this role hinges on your ability to work collaboratively in identifying and resolving global executive compensation challenges while promoting Procore CPA's compensation philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and present materials for the Compensation Committee and Board meetings.
- Articulate executive compensation philosophy and programs to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis to ensure alignment with industry standards.
- Ensure executive compensation is in sync with company performance and strategic goals.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and external consultants to create comprehensive and compliant compensation plans.
- Prepare executive compensation sections for the annual proxy statement.
- Monitor trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in executive compensation.
- Conduct detailed compensation analyses and present findings to senior leadership.
- Work with Talent Business Partners, recruiters, managers, and business leaders on compensation-related matters.

Qualifications:
- BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in executive compensation or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of executive compensation best practices, current trends, and market data.
- Experience in a public company, particularly within the technology sector, is highly desirable.
- Understanding of equity-based compensation vehicles concerning cultural fit, local practices, and regulations.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a comprehensive understanding of executive compensation practices.
- Effective communication skills across teams, with the ability to translate quantitative insights for diverse audiences.
- Ability to communicate with clarity and confidence when advising senior leaders.
- Commitment to excellent customer service, empathy, and discretion.

Compensation and Benefits:
Base Pay Range: $124,560 - $171,270. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation.
