Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Analytics Manager who will play a pivotal role in advancing our business through data-driven insights. This position will be highly visible within the organization and will be instrumental in driving strategic changes across growth marketing initiatives, overseeing a team that supports both product-led and sales-led go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Marketing Analytics Manager, your duties will include:

  • Delivering critical insights on growth program performance and target achievement to leadership, facilitating informed decision-making and budget management.
  • Leading a team that provides analytical support for both product-led growth and sales-driven strategies through comprehensive analysis and performance reporting.
  • Identifying market opportunities across various regions and sectors to enhance marketing and international expansion strategies.
  • Managing the complete analytics development lifecycle, collaborating with data engineering to create new data views and datasets, and building visualizations in Tableau for leadership.
  • Working closely with marketing operations, data science, and business operations to continuously improve data quality and reporting efficiency.
  • Overseeing demand generation campaign performance and expenditure analysis to ensure alignment with goals and sharing insights on the effectiveness of individual strategies.
  • Conducting lead lifecycle reporting to assess the health of the sales funnel.
  • Writing SQL queries and collaborating with the data science team to support our product-qualified lead initiatives.
  • Contributing to our attribution framework by managing data collection, channel mapping, and analysis to connect acquisition efforts to expansion outcomes.
  • Creating reports and dashboards in Tableau for diverse audiences, from marketing teams to executive leadership.
  • Enabling marketing teams to independently manage their reporting needs through effective tools and documentation.

  • Skilled in translating business needs to technical teams and vice versa.

  • Deeply interested in data, with expertise in data curation, modeling, visualization, and analysis.
  • Proficient in SQL and capable of creating impactful visualizations using BI tools like Tableau.
  • Inherently curious, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
  • Experienced in product-led growth methodologies and familiar with modern go-to-market technologies.
