Job Description

At American Standard Home Services, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering engaging in-home sales presentations for Walk-In Tubs or Showers, overseeing customer agreements, collecting initial payments, and coordinating with our manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Engaging Sales Presentations: Provide exceptional customer service and deliver compelling sales presentations to homeowners, highlighting the benefits and features of our Walk-In Tubs and Showers.
  • Manage Customer Agreements: Oversee customer agreements, collect initial payments, and coordinate with our manufacturing team to ensure seamless delivery of our products.
  • Participate in Ongoing Training: Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Previous Sales Experience: 2+ years of experience in outside sales, preferably in a technical or complex environment.
  • Strong Sales Skills: Proven record of consistently meeting/exceeding sales targets, with a strong background in customer service and relationship-building.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM, with the ability to identify new business opportunities and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
