Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition and Retention
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing ones
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Insurance Product Knowledge
    • Stay up-to-date on insurance industry changes and protocols to fulfill all policy requirements
    • Monitor insurance claims from start to finish and provide excellent customer service
  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow existing customer portfolios
    • Develop and deliver risk management strategies that fit individual client profiles
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
    • Some computer skills with ability to use Microsoft Office
  • Insurance License
    • Candidates must have an insurance license
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Demonstrated comprehension of the insurance industry, insurance products, risk management profiles, and associated state and federal regulations
    • Experience with accounting and/or sales lead software is a plus
    • Superb analytical, interpersonal communication, and customer service skills are needed to succeed in this role
