Adecco Creative and Marketing is collaborating with a financial services provider to recruit a Brand Marketing Coordinator.

This is a full-time, hybrid role, requiring onsite presence on designated days. Compensation ranges from $32 to $37.20 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the Brand ambassador for a specific product line, independently steering strategic brand marketing objectives.

Oversee the strategic development of ongoing and new customer acquisition campaigns, along with testing initiatives for the Automotive sector.

Create detailed creative briefs and partner closely with creative teams to translate business goals into engaging marketing deliverables across various channels.

Act as a primary point of contact and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Business Analysts, Product Managers, Creative, and Legal departments.

Work with analysts to assess overall business performance and leverage insights to identify new opportunities and refine marketing testing strategies focused on creative execution and audience targeting.

Integrate research insights, marketing trends, competitive analysis, and macroeconomic factors to formulate strategic recommendations aimed at enhancing results and brand influence, in coordination with cross-functional teams.

Craft compelling narratives about our products and services, while advocating for our brand and enhancing the customer experience.

Facilitate the creative process from conception to execution, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the specific systems, processes, and procedures involved in channel execution.

Persuade internal stakeholders through formal recommendations and informal networking, utilizing exceptional communication skills.

Act as a guardian of well-structured processes, identifying areas for improvement where necessary.

Possesses an entrepreneurial mindset, initiative, leadership qualities, creativity, and a balanced approach to proactive and reactive tasks, with a strong focus on achieving results.

Demonstrated experience in leading and managing creative workflows, collaborating with creative teams.

Exhibits excellent judgment in managing multiple projects, deadlines, and shifting priorities while maintaining high-quality work.

Experience in multi-channel marketing and direct response initiatives, including direct mail, email, web, and app marketing.

A strong passion for utilizing data, metrics, and insights to drive outcomes and translate learnings into actionable marketing strategies.

A curious mindset, eager to explore consumer behaviors, attitudes, and trends to inform marketing decisions.

Outstanding communication skills, with exceptional writing, editing, and presentation capabilities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent military experience.

Preferred: Master's in Marketing or MBA.

Experience in financial services marketing.

Background in direct response marketing, brand marketing, or direct-to-consumer marketing.

Experience presenting to senior management.
