The Role:

We are currently seeking a skilled Marketing Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team.

The Marketing Operations Specialist will collaborate with various marketing, sales, and web development professionals throughout the organization to enhance marketing initiatives, brand awareness, product launches, events, and communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as an organized, energetic, and detail-oriented project manager with a collaborative spirit.
  • Oversee and manage purchase orders, vendor relations, and the distribution of marketing materials.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts with editors, writers, graphic designers, digital marketing experts, web developers, and project managers.
  • Maintain a comprehensive calendar of project deadlines and content release dates.
  • Support the daily operations of the Marketing and Communications leadership team.
  • Participate in in-office meetings and training sessions.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating internal and external events, including conferences and trade shows.
  • Analyze data and generate reports on key performance indicators to assess campaign effectiveness and identify trends.
  • Help maintain and provide training on the company intranet (Sharepoint).
  • Provide marketing and event-related support as needed.
  • Schedule events and travel arrangements for the marketing team.
Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing administrative support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive.
  • Experience with billing, invoicing, vendor management, and budgeting.
  • Familiarity with expense processing software.
  • Strong prioritization, organizational, and project management skills.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a strong sense of teamwork.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective time management and multitasking skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Experience in the corporate retail industry is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Asana project management software is a plus.
  • A basic understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud is beneficial.
