Role of a Partnerships Coordinator

The Partnerships Coordinator plays a crucial role within our organization, supporting the operational and administrative functions of our Partnerships team. Reporting to the Vice President of Partnerships, this position is essential for executing our partnership strategies and fostering growth among our premium brands and esteemed clients in sectors such as financial services, travel, retail, technology, and media.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Support: Assist with Salesforce management, lounge operations, financial activities, contractual obligations, and marketing initiatives to ensure seamless operations.
  2. Partnership Development: Collaborate with a global team to build partnerships and secure deals with retailers, restaurants, spas, and other services to enhance our Airport Experience programs, including Priority Pass.
  3. Strategic Insight: Provide strategic insights by understanding the Group's business landscape and competitive environment, aiding in identifying new opportunities to establish top-tier partnerships that drive growth and success.

The Partnerships Coordinator will work closely with team members across various regions to ensure the effective implementation of partnership initiatives. This role is vital in upholding the high standards of our premium lifestyle brand and supporting the broader objectives of our organization.
