We are seeking a skilled and seasoned Vice President of Marketing and Brand to spearhead our brand management, oversee external agency collaborations, direct marketing initiatives, and enhance customer journey and experience strategies. This position will also focus on broadening branding and marketing approaches across all business segments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand Management:

  • Formulate and implement a unified brand strategy that fosters market expansion.
  • Supervise the complete scope of corporate identity and communications, ensuring coherent and strategic messaging across all channels.
  • Conduct market research and competitive assessments to uncover opportunities for brand distinction and growth.
  • Track brand performance indicators and deploy strategies to enhance brand perception and loyalty.
  • Oversee our extensive survey program, ensuring ongoing evaluation of customer and competitor insights, utilizing these findings to improve our brand and customer experience.

Managing External Agencies:

  • Identify, assess, and select external agencies for diverse marketing requirements, including advertising, digital marketing, and creative services.
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with external agencies to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and brand standards.
  • Oversee agency performance, ensuring high-quality outputs and adherence to budgets and timelines.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage agency expenditures to maximize return on investment.

Campaign Management:

  • Design, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns that enhance awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure campaigns align with product launches, promotions, and overall marketing strategy.
  • Work with analytical resources and leverage data-driven insights to refine campaign performance and maximize effectiveness.
  • Monitor and report on campaign metrics, providing actionable recommendations for ongoing improvement.

Customer Journey and Experience:

  • Devise and implement strategies to optimize the complete customer journey, ensuring a seamless and positive experience at every interaction.
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to pinpoint pain points and opportunities for enhancing the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer experience management.
  • Utilize customer journey mapping and other tools to visualize and enhance customer interactions with the brand.

Social Media Leadership:

  • Guide and mentor the social media team to develop and execute social media strategies that align with overarching marketing objectives.
  • Oversee content creation, community management, and social media campaigns to ensure consistency with brand voice and goals.
  • Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to improve engagement and performance.
  • Stay informed on social media trends and best practices to maintain brand relevance and innovation in the digital landscape.
  • Lead the social media team in crafting and executing strategies that foster engagement, growth, and brand loyalty across all social platforms.
