Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and innovative Marketing Project Manager to join our team at Dexian. In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with creating and overseeing content for various direct marketing channels, including email and direct mail campaigns. You will serve as the brand ambassador, steering strategic marketing objectives and managing the creative development process from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Stewardship: Act as the Brand steward for a specific product, independently driving strategic marketing objectives.
  • Campaign Leadership: Spearhead strategic brand initiatives for ongoing and new acquisition campaigns, along with testing strategies for the Auto sector.
  • Creative Brief Development: Craft detailed creative briefs and collaborate closely with creative partners to translate business goals into engaging marketing materials.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Function as a vital link and work alongside cross-departmental teams, including Operations, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Legal.
  • Insight-Driven Strategies: Partner with analysts to assess overall business performance and leverage insights to identify new opportunities and refine marketing testing strategies.
  • Market Research and Strategy: Analyze research findings, marketing trends, and competitive landscapes to formulate strategic recommendations aimed at enhancing results and brand presence.
  • Effective Storytelling: Communicate compelling narratives about our products and services, promoting our brand and enriching the customer experience.
  • Creative Process Management: Oversee the creative execution process, gaining a thorough understanding of channel-specific operational systems and procedures.
  • Influence and Advocacy: Persuade internal stakeholders through formal recommendations and informal networking, utilizing exceptional communication skills.
  • Process Optimization: Act as a champion for well-structured processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in direct marketing, particularly in email and direct mail creative development. Proven track record in leading creative processes and collaborating with creative teams.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Workfront and Figma (experience with creative teams in Figma is preferred).
  • Marketing Expertise: Demonstrated experience in email marketing or direct mail marketing is essential. Digital marketing experience is advantageous.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's in Marketing or an MBA is preferred.
  • Industry Knowledge: 3+ years of experience in financial services marketing or direct response marketing. 2+ years of experience presenting to senior leadership.
  • Skill Set: Strong judgment, multi-channel marketing expertise, a passion for data-driven insights, and excellent communication skills, including writing, editing, and presentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced Education: A Master's degree in Marketing or an MBA is preferred.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in financial services marketing, direct response marketing, or direct-to-consumer marketing.
  • Leadership Experience: 2+ years of experience presenting to senior leadership.
