Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Director of Operations, Customer Relationship Manager, and Marketing Manager with various marketing tasks and initiatives.
  • Enhance social media profiles and engagement by crafting compelling content and implementing diverse marketing strategies.
  • Generate and disseminate content across various channels, including websites, social media, emails, videos, and print materials.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales Development Representative teams to design and propose marketing campaigns utilizing multiple media formats.
  • Coordinate with colleagues across the organization to manage marketing functions and provide assistance in graphic design, writing, and marketing projects.
  • Assist senior consultants in preparing and delivering presentations, webinars, and sales materials.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional business writing skills.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Creative mindset with a foundational understanding of digital art and design.
  • Willingness to explore new ideas and approaches.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Capacity to give and receive constructive feedback.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Canva and PowerPoint is preferred.
