Este rol se alineará y reportará directamente al Gerente Senior de Marketing B2B de Soluciones Empresariales y Educativas en relación con la visión, dirección y estrategias de los productos interactivos BenQ Board, proyectores digitales, láser e interactivos, y sistemas de presentación inalámbrica InstaShow.
Funciones y Responsabilidades:
- Colaborar con los equipos de marketing, gestión de productos y ventas en la planificación y redacción de correos electrónicos, artículos, páginas de destino, llamadas a la acción y contenido para redes sociales.
- Trabajar junto con la gestión de productos y ventas para crear y ejecutar planes de marketing y comunicaciones externas, incluyendo mensajes, lanzamientos de productos y estrategias de campaña.
- Desarrollar contenido dinámico que diferencie nuestros productos en el mercado y convierta las propuestas de valor en comunicaciones efectivas. El contenido incluye descripciones de productos, hojas de datos, estudios de caso, videos, gráficos, páginas de destino, plantillas de correo electrónico, infografías, documentos técnicos, artículos de blog, etc.
- Colaborar con marketing y ventas en la ejecución y mejora continua de programas de automatización de marketing en HubSpot y Salesforce para la generación y nutrición de leads.
- Realizar investigaciones de palabras clave y analizar el tráfico del sitio web para identificar oportunidades de optimización.
- Apoyar eventos nacionales y regionales y el desarrollo de iniciativas de liderazgo de pensamiento, incluyendo seminarios web, pódcast y otras oportunidades de relaciones públicas.
- Ser un jugador de equipo con B2B Marcom, Marketing de Productos y Ventas para generar programas de marketing entrante exitosos.
- Proponer campañas y ayudar a definir actividades de generación de demanda.
- Gestionar y mantener la analítica del sitio, métricas e informes de campañas.
- Ser responsable del lanzamiento y soporte de múltiples productos técnicos, incluyendo el posicionamiento de productos y el desarrollo de informes de marketing.
- Analizar métricas de rendimiento del sitio web utilizando Google Analytics o herramientas similares, y hacer recomendaciones para mejoras del sitio.
- Asistir en el desarrollo de contenido de marketing para canales y presencia en línea según sea necesario para comunicar nuestro valor a nuestros socios revendedores.
- Asistir a ferias comerciales y eventos según sea necesario.
- Asumir otras responsabilidades según sea necesario para el soporte vertical.
Experiencia, Conocimientos, Habilidades y Capacidades Requeridas:
- De 3 a 5 años de experiencia en una disciplina de marketing digital o de producto B2B relevante, incluyendo generación de leads, gestión y automatización de marketing.
- Éxito demostrado en el lanzamiento de nuevos productos al mercado y colaboración con una organización de ventas.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y narración de historias con la capacidad de simplificar mensajes complejos; la redacción de artículos es un plus.
- Experiencia en Sistemas de Gestión de Contenidos; Adobe Experience Manager es un plus.
- Competente en SEO/SEM con sólidas habilidades analíticas.
- Experiencia en HubSpot en la creación de correos electrónicos, páginas de destino y flujos de procesos de campañas de goteo.
- Experiencia en Salesforce u otro CRM de gestión de clientes.
- Excelentes habilidades en software de negocios (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce).
- Experiencia en marketing educativo y/o tecnología de visualización es un plus.
- Habilidades de comunicación superiores, con la capacidad de presentar ideas a varios niveles de una organización para explicar y obtener apoyo para iniciativas.
- Debe ser flexible, innovador, altamente motivado con una mentalidad proactiva, orientado a resultados, detallista y capaz de trabajar con mínima supervisión para alcanzar los objetivos establecidos.
Educación:
Se requiere título universitario: preferiblemente en Negocios, Marketing y Comunicaciones, o campo relacionado.
Compensación:
Basada en la experiencia; ofrecemos un salario base muy competitivo más un bono.
