We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Marketing and Brand to spearhead our brand management initiatives, oversee external agency collaborations, and drive impactful marketing campaigns. This role will also focus on enhancing the customer journey and experience across all business lines.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Management:

  • Formulate and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that fosters market expansion.
  • Oversee corporate communications and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to uncover opportunities for brand differentiation.
  • Monitor brand performance metrics and devise strategies to enhance brand perception and loyalty.
  • Manage a comprehensive survey program to continuously gather customer and competitor insights, utilizing this data to improve our brand and customer experience.

Managing External Agencies:

  • Identify and select external agencies for diverse marketing needs, including advertising and digital marketing.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with agencies to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Oversee agency performance, ensuring quality deliverables within budget and timelines.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage agency budgets to maximize return on investment.

Campaign Management:

  • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns that enhance awareness and engagement.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to align campaigns with product launches and overall marketing strategies.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and effectiveness.
  • Track and report on campaign metrics, providing actionable recommendations for ongoing improvement.

Customer Journey and Experience:

  • Develop strategies to optimize the customer journey, ensuring a seamless experience at all touchpoints.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer experience management.
  • Utilize customer journey mapping to visualize and improve interactions with the brand.

Social Media Leadership:

  • Lead the social media team in developing strategies that align with overall marketing objectives.
  • Oversee content creation and community management to ensure consistency with brand voice.
  • Analyze social media metrics to provide insights for enhancing engagement.
  • Stay informed on social media trends to keep the brand innovative in the digital landscape.
