Role Summary: As a Brand Marketing Project Leader, you will serve as the primary representative for a specific product line, driving strategic marketing objectives autonomously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the strategic development of ongoing and new customer acquisition campaigns, focusing on the automotive sector.
  • Create and refine creative briefs, collaborating closely with creative teams to translate business goals into impactful marketing materials.
  • Act as a vital link among cross-functional teams, including Operations, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Legal, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Work with analysts to assess overall business performance, leveraging insights to uncover new opportunities and enhance marketing testing strategies.
  • Analyze market research, trends, and competitive landscape to formulate strategic recommendations that enhance brand performance.
  • Craft compelling narratives about our products and services, promoting brand integrity and enhancing customer experience.
  • Guide the creative process from conception to execution, ensuring a thorough understanding of channel-specific operational systems.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to influence decisions through well-structured recommendations and effective communication.
  • Identify and address process improvement opportunities to ensure efficient project management.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrates an entrepreneurial mindset, initiative, and leadership qualities.
  • Proven experience in managing creative processes and collaborating with creative teams.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to juggle multiple projects and shifting priorities while maintaining high-quality work.
  • Experience in multi-channel marketing, including direct mail, email, web, and app marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills to utilize data and insights for developing actionable marketing strategies.
  • A curious approach to understanding consumer behaviors and trends to inform marketing decisions.
  • Outstanding communication abilities, with proficiency in writing, editing, and presenting information effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent military experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Marketing or an MBA.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing within the financial services sector.
  • 3+ years of expertise in direct response marketing or brand marketing.
  • 2+ years of experience presenting to senior management.
