Job Overview:

We are in search of a talented Marketing Communications Specialist to craft and implement effective messaging strategies and campaigns designed to elevate brand visibility for our client and its diverse portfolio of products and services. This position encompasses the management of both digital and traditional marketing assets, as well as overseeing the generation and dissemination of content across various online and social media platforms. Furthermore, the specialist will develop and execute internal communication strategies to facilitate smooth information flow within the organization, ensuring that employees are well-informed about company updates, goals, initiatives, and strategic directions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate engaging content for web and social media platforms to captivate target audiences. Oversee and enhance the company's social media presence across all channels, ensuring consistency with brand messaging.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create high-quality marketing materials, including branded collateral, white papers, infographics, and videos.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness for WIS International. Monitor and document the performance of marketing initiatives and report findings to the marketing department.
  • Evaluate the return on investment (ROI) for marketing efforts.
  • Formulate and implement internal communication strategies to ensure effective information dissemination within the organization. Work with various departments to create and distribute internal newsletters, updates, and announcements.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, public relations, or communications.
  • Experience in developing business-to-business content for various marketing and public relations channels, including both online and offline platforms and social media.
  • A meticulous and organized approach, with a strong emphasis on detail.
  • Excellent verbal and public speaking abilities.
  • A proactive thinker with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in social media marketing.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.

Compensation:

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $38 to $40/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
