Position Overview

As a Sales Enablement Specialist within Lenovo's Cloud and Software (CSW) division, you will collaborate with our sales and functional teams to enhance the commercial effectiveness of our market strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to boost sales productivity and knowledge while managing the creation and distribution of CSW sales enablement materials across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular assessments of sales team productivity to identify strengths and improvement areas.
  • Develop tailored enablement plans for the sales team, addressing any identified readiness gaps.
  • Collaborate with leadership and functional partners to advance initiatives.
  • Create and organize sales enablement materials, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy of collateral by product and portfolio.
  • Establish success metrics for sales enablement programs and collaborate with Operations to develop performance dashboards.
  • Support new product and feature launches, ensuring sales readiness for market introduction.
  • Enhance the onboarding process for new sales hires, aligning it with the broader learning strategy.
  • Maintain a feedback loop with sales teams and build relationships with business owners to advocate for sales considerations.
  • Manage ad-hoc projects related to change management within the global sales organization.
  • Foster connections with similar functions across Lenovo to identify opportunities for standardizing methodologies and insights.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess a robust background in sales, preferably in a B2B context, with comprehensive knowledge of optimizing productivity and training sales teams to achieve results. Strong relationships are essential, as this role serves as a bridge between Marketing, Sales, and various supporting functions, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives and partner needs.

Base Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in SaaS Sales and/or dedicated Sales Enablement roles within a Sales or Marketing organization.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strategic thinker with a proven ability to translate conceptual visions into structured plans and execution.
  • Proficient in breaking down complex problems into simple solutions.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills, capable of summarizing details effectively and presenting ideas through engaging decks.
  • High energy and results-oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present information to diverse audiences.
  • Strong internal partner management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • A collaborative team player, able to thrive in a dynamic global environment.
  • Highly organized with strong project management capabilities and effective prioritization skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence others to achieve results.
  • Familiarity with SFDC, Outreach, Highspot, and other sales tools.
  • Experience in channel sales enablement and to-channel marketing.
  • Experience in delivering non-technical sales training sessions.
  • Knowledge of or experience with Cerebral Selling sales methodology.

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $115,000 - $140,000, with potential eligibility for bonuses and/or commissions. Lenovo offers a comprehensive benefits package.
