We are expanding our sales division to support this growth. The Regional Vice President of Sales will play a crucial role in our success, focusing on engaging and penetrating large service providers and healthcare organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass sales objectives.
  • Evaluate market trends and competitor activities to uncover new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to design and implement go-to-market strategies.
  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to grasp the unique requirements of potential clients.
  • Establish and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects within the healthcare and service provider sectors.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and other lead generation techniques.
  • Foster and sustain robust relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in healthcare and service provider organizations.
  • Provide expert consultation to clients regarding our network monitoring cloud solutions.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the healthcare and service provider industries.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques to identify customer needs that can be addressed through our solutions.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and finalize deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Ensure a seamless transition and onboarding process for new clients to the implementation team.
  • Acquire and maintain an in-depth, technical understanding of NantHealth's commercial technology, solutions, and services.
  • Stay informed about network monitoring market trends to provide proactive insights and guidance to NantHealth teams and clients.

Education & Experience:

  • Background in technology sales with a comprehensive understanding of market and product dynamics in network monitoring preferred.
  • Over 10 years of experience with a proven record in sales leadership roles, managing profitability, business analysis, and strategy development in technology sales.
  • Experience in selling SaaS technologies to IT professionals in the healthcare sector.
  • Demonstrated success in managing a complex data sales process, including lead generation, client presentations, and contract negotiations with decision-makers at various levels.
  • Proven history of establishing strategic relationships and successfully closing complex deals.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to adopt a strategic and proactive approach with existing business relationships while being entrepreneurial in acquiring new business.
  • Interest in working within a fast-paced startup environment and the capability to scale with the organization as it evolves.
  • Strategic thinker adept at building relationships and influencing client leadership at all levels.
  • Equally proficient in fostering relationships with internal team members across multiple functional areas to achieve NantHealth and client objectives.
  • Strong business analytics and metrics skills.
  • Excellent analytical, creative problem-solving, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to different environments and learn new skills and processes.
  • Willingness to travel nationwide.

The salary range for remote US-based applicants for this position is as follows, with the specific rate dependent on the successful candidate's qualifications, prior experience, and geographic location:

  • $125,000 - $165,000 base salary, plus commission.
