Key Responsibilities:

- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Windows domain, workstation platforms, and registry protocols, including emerging mobile platforms like iOS and Android.

- Implement, configure, and leverage features of Symantec Antivirus within Symantec Endpoint Security Complete to enhance endpoint protection.

- Utilize Symantec Cyber Defense Manager (CDM) for comprehensive Endpoint and Enterprise security solutions.

- Engineer computer builds and develop security policies tailored to organizational needs.

- Provide expert security guidance for technical engineering in endpoint environments, including settings, policies, and design configurations.

- Communicate complex technical issues effectively to fellow engineers and collaborate with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve systemic configuration challenges.

- Exhibit self-motivation and take ownership of issues, ensuring thorough resolution.

- Adapt to changes in the work environment with flexibility and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to devise innovative solutions to intricate problems.

- Bring well-rounded technology experience in a distributed computing landscape, with a minimum of 3 to 7 years in relevant technology and infrastructure roles.

- Experience in project planning and management.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile platforms (iOS, Android).

- Familiarity with cloud services such as Azure, Amazon, and Google Cloud.

- Competence in Microsoft Office applications and MDM services for mobile devices.
