About the Community:

Windsong Ranch, developed by Tellus Group, spans 2,030 acres and is designed to include 2,900 single-family homes, 300 townhomes, and extensive open spaces. This community features trails, educational outdoor classrooms, three schools, a neighborhood café, a full-scale amenity center, and a stunning five-acre Crystal Lagoon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute a range of administrative, coordination, and documentation duties.
  • Provide information and assistance to both new and existing homeowners.
  • Guide homeowners through modification applications and relevant governing documents.
  • Facilitate the modification application process from approval to denial.
  • Assist in conducting compliance inspections.
  • Manage and track property violations.
  • Organize and maintain comprehensive files.
  • Respond to inquiries from homeowners via phone and email.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a professional telephone demeanor.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, organized, and efficient with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and traverse diverse terrains.
  • A valid driver's license and a personal vehicle with current liability insurance are required.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening and background check is mandatory.
