Position Summary:

The Foster Care Case Coordinator will be responsible for the placement and oversight of youth in independent living environments. This role involves direct interaction with the youth, their families, and other key stakeholders, ensuring the effective development, execution, and evaluation of service plans tailored to the needs of the children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing comprehensive case plans
  • Identifying and selecting appropriate placements
  • Supervising the independent living arrangements for children
  • Providing life skills training
  • Managing ongoing case assessments


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Behavioral Science or a related field with a significant focus on human behavioral studies
  • Current and valid Driver's License
  • Proficient in computer applications
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with the treatment team
  • Availability for on-call duties 24/7
