Position Overview
We are in search of a Systems Engineering, Integration and Test Manager to play a pivotal role in our dynamic startup environment, focusing on advancing subsea robotics.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and specialists throughout the design, integration, and testing phases of Autonomous Underwater Vehicle (AUV) projects.
- Manage team performance, prioritize tasks, conduct performance reviews, and oversee development and growth plans.
- Collaborate with software, mechanical, electrical, and field test engineering teams to ensure a cohesive approach to subsystem and system-level design and evaluation.
- Provide leadership in defining technology, tools, documentation, and process strategies across technical domains, emphasizing systems specification, integration, validation, and testing.
- Drive technical initiatives to identify needs, explore potential solutions, and develop evaluation methodologies.
- Offer technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members to achieve successful outcomes.
- Cultivate a positive, energetic, and high-ownership community environment.

Qualifications
- Over 10 years of experience in hardware or integrated product development and/or testing, including managing technical teams.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across diverse technical areas.
- Strong background in the Systems Engineering lifecycle from requirements definition to deployment and sustainment.
- Familiarity with AS9100, MIL-STD 810, IEEE15882.1, or equivalent quality management systems and rigorous environmental testing standards.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Willingness to travel for customer events and demonstrations as needed.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. top secret security clearance.

Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary range for this role is $142,000—$213,000 USD, based on various compensation factors, including experience and education. Anduril offers competitive equity grants and comprehensive benefits, including:
