Position Overview
We are seeking a Systems Engineering, Integration and Test Manager to contribute to our dynamic start-up culture, pushing the boundaries of what is achievable in subsea robotics.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and specialists throughout the design, integration, and testing phases of Autonomous Underwater Vehicle (AUV) projects.
- Manage team performance, balancing priorities, conducting performance reviews, and maintaining development plans.
- Collaborate with software, mechanical, electrical, and field test engineering teams to ensure a cohesive approach to system and subsystem design and evaluation.
- Provide strategic leadership in defining technology, tools, documentation, and processes across the technical domain, focusing on systems specification, integration, validation, and testing.
- Quickly define needs, identify potential solutions, and develop methodologies for evaluation and verification.
- Offer technical guidance, coaching, and mentoring to team members to achieve successful outcomes.
- Cultivate a positive, high-energy, and collaborative community environment.

Qualifications
- Over 10 years of experience in hardware or integrated product development and/or testing, including managing technical teams.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders across diverse technical domains.
- Strong background in the Systems Engineering lifecycle from requirements definition to deployment and maintenance.
- Familiarity with AS9100, MIL-STD 810, IEEE15882.1, or equivalent quality management systems and rigorous environmental testing standards.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Willingness to travel for customer events and demonstrations as needed.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. top secret security clearance.

Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary range for this role is $142,000—$213,000 USD, based on various compensation factors, including experience and education. Anduril offers competitive equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package, including:
