Key Responsibilities:
- Compose and manage official communications, documentation, and proposals.
- Organize and coordinate appointments, meetings, and special events.
- Facilitate communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain systematic filing systems to ensure precise record management.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials and contribute to client engagement initiatives.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as needed to support team objectives.
- Coordinate events, including tracking continuing education credits and professional licenses.
Required Qualifications:
