Position Overview:

We are seeking a Systems Integration and Test Engineer within the Maritime division. This role is crucial for addressing complex challenges and fostering significant advancements in the defense sector.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design & Integration:
    • Conduct comprehensive system design and analysis for vehicle platforms.
    • Prepare design reviews and establish system verification plans.
    • Facilitate the integration of diverse subsystems into operational Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUVs).
    • Develop integration pathways and define success metrics.
    • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary engineering team.
  • Testing:
    • Create and implement detailed test plans.
    • Lead troubleshooting and maintenance activities.
    • Ensure thorough documentation of all testing processes.
  • Sustainment:
    • Establish and uphold quality assurance standards.
    • Maintain configuration control and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
    • Implement support programs for product sustainability.
  • Program Support:
    • Act as a principal contributor for a Department of Defense initiative.
    • Engage with external partners to enhance program outcomes.
    • Assist in the development of technical content for proposals.

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems engineering, integration, and testing.
  • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering principles, as well as control theory.
  • Experience working in field test environments.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings proficiently.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Possession of a U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

  • Experience in maritime operational settings.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools.
  • Understanding of subsea operational protocols.
