Role Overview
We are seeking a Systems Engineering, Integration and Test Manager to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced startup atmosphere, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in subsea robotics.

Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee and guide a multidisciplinary team of engineers and specialists throughout the design, integration, and testing phases of Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUVs).
2. Manage team performance, prioritize tasks, and conduct performance evaluations while fostering individual development and growth.
3. Collaborate with software, mechanical, electrical, and field test engineering teams to ensure a unified and effective approach to system and subsystem design and assessment.
4. Provide strategic leadership in defining technology, tools, documentation, and processes within a technical domain, focusing on systems specification, integration, validation, and testing.
5. Rapidly lead technical initiatives to identify needs, explore potential solutions, and establish methodologies for evaluation and verification.
6. Offer technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members to achieve successful outcomes in both short and long-term projects.
7. Cultivate a positive, high-energy, and collaborative team culture that encourages learning and innovation.

Qualifications
- Over 10 years of experience in hardware or integrated product development and testing, including managing technical teams.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders across diverse technical domains.
- Strong background in the Systems Engineering lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Familiarity with quality management systems such as AS9100, MIL-STD 810, IEEE15882.1, or equivalent standards.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a willingness to travel for customer engagements as needed.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. top-secret security clearance.

Compensation and Benefits
