Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Project Manager to lead engineering initiatives within our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving the transition from conceptual research to tangible product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee development projects and ensure seamless integration into the primary product line, collaborating closely with the product team.
2. Maintain project requirements and facilitate validation testing for individual research and development efforts.
3. Manage project budgets and timelines, working alongside the product team to spearhead technology advancements.
4. Identify and mitigate risks while capitalizing on opportunities.
5. Manage resources utilized by the engineering team.
6. Contribute to the product roadmap and assist in planning the onboarding of new capabilities.
7. Conduct design reviews and manage project schedules and resource allocation.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management within the Robotics, Aerospace, or Automotive sectors.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Excel, MS Project, and JIRA.
- Experience managing Bill of Materials (BOM) and component timelines to achieve organizational objectives.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Formal training in Project Management methodologies.
- Experience in the defense industry and production workflow management.
- Familiarity with ERP systems like NetSuite.
