Job Overview

City Wide Facility Solutions is in search of a Business Administration Director to oversee our operational strategies and enhance organizational performance. In this pivotal role, you will manage various internal departments including Accounting, Human Resources, Training and Development, and Office Administration. Your leadership will be essential in fostering a responsive administrative team that aligns with our operational and sales objectives, ultimately driving client satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulating and executing policies to enhance operational productivity.
  • Evaluating and interpreting financial outcomes.
  • Overseeing vendor partnerships to ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Collaborating with diverse teams to stimulate business expansion.
  • Guiding and mentoring a team of administrative professionals.

Financial Management Duties:

The Business Administration Director will assume comprehensive financial oversight, including the assessment and endorsement of financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. You will manage budgeting, financial forecasting, cash flow, and audit coordination, along with accounts payable and receivable. A crucial aspect of this role is to gather and analyze key data to enhance internal operations and improve profitability.

Administrative and Operational Responsibilities:

In partnership with the General Manager/Owner, you will refine the organization’s administrative and operational frameworks, focusing on continuous improvement. This includes annual evaluations of insurance programs and employee benefits, as well as enhancing the company’s technological infrastructure to support future growth initiatives.

Human Resources Collaboration:

The Director will work closely with the General Manager/Owner and the leadership team to ensure a seamless integration of new talent into our organizational culture. Responsibilities include maintaining appropriate staffing levels, advancing training programs, ensuring accountability among team members, and managing external relations concerning labor matters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in business administration or operational management.
  • Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant business software.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Strong team collaboration skills.
