The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate precise service repair estimates based on detailed information from technicians, clients, and the service team.
  • Manage leads, opportunities, and estimates through the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Address website inquiries and customer requests for quotes via phone and email.
  • Clearly communicate and present quotes to clients, ensuring transparency and promptness.
  • Maintain a prioritized list and follow up on pending quotes to improve efficiency.
  • Collect various information and obtain parts pricing from different manufacturers and suppliers.
  • Create new preventative maintenance proposals customized to client specifications and requests.
  • Perform additional departmental tasks as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, including Confidence Testing.
  • Collaborate with external sales teams, project managers, and business development representatives.
  • Oversee pricing agreements with vendors.
  • Update internal rate sheets for recurring services and maintenance contracts.
  • Manage Long Term Service Agreements and update contracts in the CRM system.
  • Prepare estimates and change orders for clients and project managers.
  • Review and enhance existing preventative maintenance proposals, aligning client needs with business goals.
  • Negotiate terms with external sales partners and process customer purchase orders.
  • Coordinate service order job openings and necessary documentation.
  • Follow up on customer estimates and keep customer information current in the CRM system.
  • Work towards enhancing customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score.
