Job Overview

City Wide Facility Solutions is in search of a Chief Business Operations Officer to lead our administrative functions. In this pivotal role, you will manage all facets of our operational framework to guarantee optimal performance and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulating and executing strategies and protocols to enhance operational productivity.
  • Assessing and interpreting financial data to inform decision-making.
  • Overseeing and refining vendor partnerships to maximize value.
  • Collaborating with various departments to stimulate business expansion.
  • Guiding and nurturing a team of administrative experts.

Financial Management Duties:

The Chief Business Operations Officer will hold comprehensive responsibility for financial oversight, including the evaluation and endorsement of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. You will supervise budgeting, financial forecasting, cash flow management, and audit coordination, alongside accounts payable and receivable. A critical aspect of this role involves capturing essential data and processes to enhance internal operations and drive revenue growth.

Administrative and Operational Duties:

This position will partner with the General Manager/Owner to refine the organization’s administrative and operational frameworks, focusing on continuous improvement. You will conduct annual evaluations of our insurance programs and employee benefits.

Additionally, you will assess and upgrade our information technology systems, implementing new solutions to support future growth. You will also assist in the deployment of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) Model and take the lead in its execution.

Human Resources Responsibilities:

The Chief Business Operations Officer will collaborate with the General Manager/Owner and the leadership team to ensure our organizational culture is preserved while integrating new talent. You will be accountable for maintaining staffing levels within budget, enhancing training initiatives, ensuring accountability among team members, and managing external relations concerning labor matters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in business administration or operational leadership.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant business software.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Strong team collaboration skills.
