Job Overview

Position Summary:

As a Service Estimator at Archetype Permanent Solutions, you will play a crucial role in assessing client needs and providing accurate cost estimates for service initiatives. Your contributions are essential for the smooth functioning of our service division, ensuring timely and effective service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate precise service repair estimates based on detailed input from technicians and the service team.
  • Manage leads, opportunities, and estimates through the CRM platform.
  • Respond to website inquiries and customer requests for quotes via various communication channels.
  • Deliver quotes to clients professionally, ensuring clarity and promptness.
  • Maintain a prioritized list of outstanding quotes and follow up diligently to enhance efficiency.
  • Collect relevant information and obtain pricing from various suppliers and manufacturers.
  • Create tailored preventative maintenance proposals based on customer specifications.
  • Execute additional departmental tasks as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, including compliance testing.
  • Collaborate with sales teams, project managers, and business development personnel.
  • Oversee pricing agreements with vendors.
  • Update internal rate sheets for recurring services and maintenance contracts.
  • Manage Long Term Service Agreements and update contracts in the CRM system.
  • Prepare estimates and change orders for clients and project managers.
  • Review and enhance existing maintenance proposals to align with customer needs and business goals.
  • Negotiate terms with external sales partners and process customer purchase orders.
  • Coordinate service order job openings and necessary documentation.
  • Follow up on customer estimates and maintain updated client information in the CRM system.
  • Work towards improving customer satisfaction metrics.

Job Details:

  • Position can be in-person, hybrid, or remote.
  • Standard work schedule: Monday - Friday, during regular business hours.
